This team kits for ease of on-site installation and packs for safest transport. We manage carrier selection for delivery time and cost and track shipments to your locations.

Installation & Service:

Pro-Motion offers a nationwide service network consisting of 4 types of authorized installation and service technicians. Pro-Motion’s nationwide network of authorized technicians minimizes client downtime by immediately facilitating installations, repairs and system activations. Pro-Motion utilizes installers, on-site service technicians, service centers and the Red Hot Swap program to provide installation and service attention to most major North American markets.

 

Financial Services:

Protection Plus provides customers with on-site service for dismantle and reinstall for up to three years, extending beyond the manufacturers’ warranties and offers greater protection and service. This protection package is customized for the client’s specific needs.

  • Installers: install and decommission equipment, repair, modify and/or replace equipment.
  • Servicers: A.S.E. qualified technicians certified to repair specific manufacturer brands. Generally boutique shops will repair or diagnose on site.
  • Service Centers: available to diagnose and repair specific manufacturer’s equipment at their site.
  • Red Hot Swap Team: Firefighters utilized for light equipment swap-outs. Also perform periodic cleaning and checks for malfunction.
